Many insurance companies are now covering naturopathic medicine and acupuncture. Many of the physicians here at Urban Wellness may be covered by your health insurance. If you think that this may apply to you then please download the "checking insurance benefits" form below. We bill and file insurance claims for eligible patients.

For individuals that do not have health insurance we offer competitive rates and ask that full payment be made at the time of service.

We ask that cancellations be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice or we reserve the right to bill for the visit.
